I started out as a community manager, with a focus on identifying trends for Audible to engage in, as well as replying directly to users in the form of brand love. In this role, learned a wealth of knowledge from 1:1 interactions with consumers.
In 2020, I began to focus more on video, and in particular YouTube, which led to my role as Social Media Manager of Video & Creative Development. In this role, I pioneered the revamping of our YouTube channel from scratch. Working with internal and external creatives alike, we began creative production for unique and ownable video franchises for the Audible YouTube channel and Instagram. Thinking of the whole ecosystem, with premium video IP as the centerpiece, I build creative for long-form that cascades to all other social channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & TikTok.
I’ve had the pleasure of working directly with A-list talent, Brands, and have gotten opportunities to travel serve as the main connection point for the brand on talent-facing shoots.

I pitched executives and internal teams on coming together for an activation on World Storytelling Day to delight users and reinforce Audible as a premiere storytelling brand.
I led a team of 22 people in our digital control room (the first big challenge to navigate in a remote setting as this happened just 6 business days into our work from home setting) staffed with copywriters, editors, community managers, social team, and executives. We choreographed a slate for the day with several tweets that required audiences to guess stories with just their emoji, leading up to our afternoon launch where we asked users and brands alike to tweet at us with two emoji of their choosing, with the chance to get a custom listening recommendation inspired by their emoji. We experienced brand interplay that was a first of its kind for Audible, and delivered hundreds of custom recommendations.
We closed out the day driving listeners to a landing page where Audible hosted free stories for children who were at home during the early stages of the pandemic.
